Lollo Rossa salad is highly appreciated for the delicious taste of its rich, crispy and highly consistent leaves . large, voluminous and deep red-brownish head. It has a straight and healthy basis. It is best for cut usage: it is possible to harvest single external leaves only, or the entire head at its fully ripeness. Medium precocious cycle variety best for autumn-winter production.
