050 DI SICILIA VIOLETTO

An extremely early variety. It is very resistant to winter colds thus guaranteeing an excellent harvest. This cauliflower is particularly sensitive to sudden changes in water supply. A vigorous plant that produces a fairly large, round, violet coloured head that is well protected by its foliage. SOWING: in a seedbed from May to August. Trasplant about a month after sowing when the plants are about 20 cm tall. Trasplant in rows 70 cm apart leaving 30 cm on the row.

052 PALLA DI NEVE

This average-sized plant little foliage is a very early variety. It has a bright white, compact, medium-sized head with medium-fine grain. It is very resistant to winter colds ensuring an excellent crop. SOWING: sow in a seedbed in June and July for harvesting in autumn- winter. Trasplant about a month after sowing, when the plants have reached a heigh of around 20 cm; in row 30 cm apart leaving, 70 cm between the rows.

064 ROMANECO PRECOCE

To be sown from may to june. Harvested in december. Early varietye which forms medium to large Broccoli which are cone-shaped and are sulpmur yellow in colour. SOWING: sow in a seedbed from May to August for  harvesting in winter. Bed out, at a distance of 70 cm between rows and 30 cm along the row, arounda month after sowing when the plants have reached a height of about 20 cm.

042 NAPOLETANO

     NATALINO

Large round head, very white, compact and protected by strong, broad leaves, slightly pointed and greyish in colour. Erect plant with good coverage. Its rustic characteristic allow it to be grown in many different places. SOWING: in seed bed from May to June for December harvesting. Transplant seedlings about one month after sowing, when plants are about 20 cm tall, at a distance of 70 cm with 30 cm between rows.
