Excellent variety, uniform and abundant cropper, ready for marketing in 60 days. Vigorous plant with abundant, deeply serrated foliage. Differs from other varieties for its attractively large, round and uniform tops that flower above the foliage. Harvested by cutting at the foot before flowering is completed. SOWING: sow directly outdoors, broadcast or in rows at intervals of 15-20 cm with 40-50 cm between rows. Can be sown throughout the year, but the best vresults are obtained with autumn sowings.
It is advisable to sow repeatedly at intervals to ensure regular harvests along year round.

Early variety that is ready to harvest in 50 days. Grown for the production of tender and tasty turnip tops made up of flower buds, similar to broccoli and the foliage beneath them. The plant is 40-70 cm tall, with pointed, elongated and deeply divided leaves, and is harvested by cutting at the foot before flowering is completed. With their pleasant flavour, these turnip tops are particularly suitable for the preparation of tasty side dishes. Simply boil, braise or sauté. SOWING: sow directly outdoors, broadcast or in rows 40/50 cm. Can be sown throughout the year but the best  results are obtained by sowing in autumn. This tight-headed plant produces abundant foliage similar to that of the olive tree and is grown for its tasty tender tops consisting of very small heads and lower foliage. The plants should be cut at the base before they have finished flowering. Their prized tender and bitter tasting tops can be server as a side dish when boiled, stewed or lightly fried. SOWING: they may be scattered directly outdoors or sown 15-20 cm apart in rows spaced 40-50 cm apart. Ideal sowing time is between August and November.
