The chickpea is an annual plant, with deep, root branching, making it very dry-resistant. It’s a medium development plant which begins to bloom from the lower nodes and continues for several weeks. The seeds are rounded and smooth medium-sized. SOWING: It is sown in late winter to early spring, in line at a distance of 35 to 40 cm aiming to achieve a population of 25-30 plants per square meter. It takes about 150-180 Kg/hectares.
