268 NOCERA GIALLO

A medium early  variety that produces long, prismatic shaped fruit with tree/four lobes, weighing an average 400gr. The peppers have thick, sweet flesh and are a dark green colour, turning to bright yellow when ripe. A vigorous, extremely productive palnt with abundant foliage. SOWING: in a seedbed in March-April . transplant in rows about a month after sowing leaving 50 cm between rows and 40 cm on tre row.

Medium–early variety, prism-shaped fruits with 3-4 lobes, very long, average weight of 300 gr. Thick, sweet flesh, dark green and bright yellow when ripe. Vigorous plant with excellent coverage of leaves, good cropper. Suitable varietyfor outdoors cultivation. SOWING:  Under glass in winter and in open seed bed in March-April. Trasplant when young plants are about 15-20 cm high, at intervals of 40 cm along rows and 50 cm between rows.

266 MARCONI ROSSO

Medium early variety that particularity suitable for cultivating outdoors. It is exceptionally uniform, heavy, has consistent, sweet flesh and is bright red when ripe. Very highly appreciated by consumers. SOWING: in a nursery in November and transplant in January or alternatively, directly in January – April. Trasplant when the plants are approx, 15 cm tall and place them in rows at a didstance of 40 cm olong the row, leaving 50 cm between the rows.

Early, 75 day variety that is very productive. Medium-tall, well covering plant of medium vigour that produces square-shaped fruit (4 lobes) sized about 11x10cm. shiny dark green colour that tends towards red when fully ripe. Thick , pleasantly flavoured flesh. SOWING: in winter under tunnels (in a nursery) and in March-April  in a seedbed outdoors. Bed out when the plant are at least 15-20cm tall and place in rows 50cm apart, leaving 40cm between plants along the row.  

278 SIGARETTA BIONDO

      o LOMBARDO

Thin fruits, sometimes slightly curved, with apex sharp and narrow, also green are sweet, and ripe assume red color. SOWING: In seedbeds from February to April. The transplant is done when the plant has reached the height of about 15 cm spacing the plants of 50 cm from row to row and 40 cm on the row.

276 TOPEPO GIALLO

Excellent result of a careful process of selection. Very early variety. Medium vigorous plant with good coverage. Round, flattish and highly uniform fruits. Smooth skin with slight furrows, deep green changing to yellow when fully ripe. Sweet, thick flesh. Both green and  yellow fruits are appreciated for eating fresh and for pickling in vinegar. SOWING: under cloches in greenhouse in winter, and in march-april in seedbed outdoors. Transplant when plants have reached a height of at least 15-20 cm at intervals of 40cm with 50 cm between rows.

274 TOPEPO ROSSO

This is the brillant result of an accurate selective process. Round and flattish fruits of great uniformità, with well defined ridges and curling. Smooth skinwith subbtle ridges. Intense colour, turning red when mature. Sweet, dense flesh. The fruiti s green or red and is suitable for fresh consumption or for pickling. SOWING: in winter under tunnels (in a nursery) and in March-April  in a seedbed outdoors. Bed out when the plant are at least 15-20cm tall and place in rows 50cm apart, leaving 40cm between plants along the row.

282 PUPARULILLO

The fruits are long, thin and green in colour much appleciated in the napolitano markets. SOWING: in the nursery from november to january and directily from january to april.

283 FRIJARIE'

(Nocera Fryer) Early variety, highly prolific. Thin pulp with three lobes and a bright green color. Very sweet. They mature to a red color an d are ideai for frying. SOWING: Start inside in November, inserting stakes in January for direct planting from January-April.

294 CORNO DI TORO ROSSO

Medium early variety that can be grow both in greenhouse or in open fields. Robust plant with conical shaped 20-22cm long fruits, which turn bright red once mature and which have a firm sweet pulp. SOWING: from November to transplant in January, or directly in the January to April. The transplant is performed at 50-60 days of life of the plant. It’s a particularly valued for industrial processing.

288 CILIEGIA PICCANTE

This variety produces small, deep red cherry shaped fruits that are very and spicy and are supported by a long and robust peduncle.  A fairly vigorous plant. SOWING: in a seedbed from February to April. Plant out in rows when the seedlings reach a height of about 15cm. Plant at a distance of 50cm between rows, leaving 40cm between plant along the row.

284 PICCANTE DI CAYENNA

Produces pointed and tapered fruit that is approximately 10cm long, and is spicy and bright red when ripe. Averagely robust plant with sufficienty covering foliage. Adaptable to alltypes of environment. SOWING: in a nursery in November and transplant in January or alternatively, direct in January–April. Transplant when the plant are approx. 15cm tall and place them in rows at a distance of 40cm along the row, leaving 50cm between therows.
