006 KLONDIKE RS 57

This variety has a late production cycle. The colour of its skin is light green with darker veins. The colour of its pulp is light red, juicy and sugary.

It can be cultivated even in drier lands, if irrigable. Its fruit has a longer shape (40 cm.) and can weigh about 12-14 kilos. SOWING: in prepared holes from April to May.

002 CHARLESTON GRAY

Middle to late variety, green-grey skin with dark streaks and pale red flesh. Very juicy and sweet. Brown seeds with dark veins. Excellent resistance to high temperatures. SOWING: in rows from March to May, at intervals of 1-1,5 mts, from each hole.

004 CRIMSON SWEET

A middle to early variety (85 days). Suitable for long-distance transport. Resistant to Fusarium and to the no.1 strain of Antracnosi. Oval- round fruit, average weight 10-12 Kg depending on the type of soil and cultivation. Light green skin with dark streak. Intense red coloured flesh, very sweet. SOWING: outdoors in rows from March to May , sowing 4/5 seeds per hole. Protect in the first phase of growth with small, polythene tunnels. 

008 SUGAR BABY

This is a delicious, small fruited "icebox" melon developed specially for home gardens. Fruits grow to 8" (20 cm) across, and weigh about 10 lbs (4,5 Kg). The flesh is bright red, fine grained and very flavorful. Plants are small vines producing early enough for short season areas. SOWING: from March to May in open field, keeping protected the culture with small plastic tunnels during the first period of development. HARVESTING: from July to September.

007 BELLA CAOLACK
