256 RETATO DEGLI ORTOLANI

Elongated, round fruit with pronounced, net-like marks on the surface. Orange, pulpy and compact flesh that is sweet and fragrant with very few seeds. It is grown in all regions thanks to its adaptability to all types of soil and climate. Resistant to over-ripening, making it particularly suitable for transporting over long distances. SOWING: sow outdoors in rows from March to June, leaving 1m. between each seed hole. Plant 2/3 seeds per hole, thinning out after germination.

258 TENDRAL VERDE (tardivo)

Late variety. Long oval fruits of medium size, with wrinkled skin and strong ploughings, dark green coloured. The pulp is white, thick, sweet and tasty. Middle late variety, with great productivity an big regular fruits. SOWING: in open field, in little holes from march to June, cm 30/40 on the row and cm 100 between rows, using 2/3 seeds per hole, and thinning out after sprout.

262 NAPOLETANO GIALLO 3

Long oval fruits, slightly wrinkled and bright yellow in colour. Crisp white flesh, sweet and full of flavour. Medium-lake variety, heavy cropper, large and uniform fruits. SOWING: outdoors from March to June, with 1 m between seed holes. Plant 2-3 seeds per holes, thinning out after sprouting.
