Salad variety with erect leaves that are long and deep green in colour. The leaves are very irregular and the stalks are light green.  By  closely graduated sowing, it is possible to have delicious, tender salad all year. SOWING: broadcast all year round.

174 PANCALIERI A COSTA

      BIANCA

Suitable for summer and autumn cultivation. Variety with yellow self-blanching heart. Very large head, long mid-green leaves. Fleshy white ribs. The shape of the head facilitates tying up for more intense blanching. Very resistant  variety to low temperatures.  SOWING: in rows from July to September at intervals of about 30 cm with  about 40 cm between rows. 

180 RICCIA D'INVERNO

Suitable  for autumn-winter cultivation. Highly appreciated for its full yellow heart from the earliest stages of growth. Bulky plant, green leaves with serrated edges, with broad crispy stems, easy to blanch. Excellent resistence to cold. SOWING: from July to September. 

178 SALAD KING

Suitable variety for late cultivation. Medium-low head of a good size, broad, very full and easily blanched, of long, dark green leaves with deeply serrated edges. Good resistance to bolting. A few days before harvesting the head should be tied or covered to promote blanching. SOWING: in rows frome june onwards at intervals of about 30 cm, with 40 cm between rows.

176 DI RUFFEC

Suitable variety for autumn-winter cultivation. Medium-size head, regular and compact, with long, very curly leale, green and with a very tight white heart. A few days before harvesting the head should be tied to promote blanching. SOWING: From August to October, transplanting at intervals of 30 cm with 40 cm between rows.

175 CAPRICCIO

Variety with fine and crisp leaves, uniformly green coloured. Compact head, easily blanched, with full, strong yellow heart. Suitable for autumn-winter crop. SOWING: from june onwards.

184 CAPILLINA

Variety for  winter and growth and spring growth with excellent resistance to bolting that allows harvesting to be extended until April-May, when other  endive varieties are  not available on the market. Late endive variety with finely pointed leaves, external ones light green and inner ones forming a large, compact and very white heart. If cultivated carefully the head can reach a diameter of 45 cm. a few days before harvesting, tie up or cover for blanching. SOWING: from October to January.

182 RICCIA CUOR D'ORO

Summer-autumn  variety. Large head, very compact, yellowish-green leaves with medium serrated edges, full golden-yellow heart. Can be tied up to produce crispy leaves with a fine flavour for summer use. Excellent uniformity  reduces rejects to a minimum.  SOWING: from May to September.
